  • Devices must be legally owned by the customer or authorized for repair.

6. Warranty and Limitations

  • We may offer a limited warranty on parts and labor (if specified at time of service).
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage after repair
    • Water or liquid damage after service
    • Misuse or unauthorized repairs by third parties
  • All repairs carry inherent risk, and we do not guarantee that every device can be restored.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash Dial Repair shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Pre-existing damage or hidden defects in devices

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
